The Bag Carrier is a low cost, 3D printed handheld tool that spreads the weight of your bags across a comfortable handle. Bag handles loop easily around the two curved hooks, and the handle itself is rounded so it sits nicely in your hand.

Plastic or reusable shopping bags. One bag or several. You can carry it in your hand or hook it onto the side of a wheelchair.
Who it helps
People who find it hard to grip or carry bags. That includes reduced strength, reduced dexterity, or pain from arthritis, spinal cord injury, chronic pain, stroke, and older adults.
How to use it

Loop the straps of your bags over the two curved hooks.

Slide the bags along until they sit near the middle of the carrier.

Hold the wide handle in your hand, or hang it on the side of a wheelchair.

Lift and go. The weight spreads across the handle instead of one thin strap.
