Bottle Opener

What it is

The Bottle Opener is a 3D printed assistive tool made to open or close plastic screw on caps. It works on drink bottles, cleaning products, condiments, and lots of other everyday containers.

It comes in five sizes. Each size is named after the rough width of the cap it fits, measured in millimetres. If you are not sure which one you need, check the sizing chart or just email us and we will help you pick.

Who it helps

People with arthritis, limited finger movement, or anything else that makes twisting a cap painful or hard often find this useful.

Picking a size

The number printed on the side is the cap width it is made for. A small water bottle cap and a big detergent cap need different sizes.

How to use it

    Pick the size that matches the cap you want to open.

    Place the toothed side of the opener down on top of the cap.

  3. 3

    Squeeze the handle so the teeth grip the cap all the way around.

  4. 4

    Twist the bottle or twist the opener to take the cap off or put it back on.
